We have a no quibble return policy on all online purchases as long as they stock items or made to our standard pattern. We cannot immediately offer refunds if the garment has been made to bespoke sizing but will always do what we can to resolve the issue (for example, if you have given us your measurements that do not match our standard sizing patterns).
If you want to return something off the peg or to standard sizing, for any reason at all, you have up to 14 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within 14 days of receipt of your order, in exactly the same condition you received it, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked.
Please note, sale items work slightly differently. These have a 7 day return policy to enable us to process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends.
Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
We are a small company and where most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns.
We try to process returns for exchange or refund as quickly as possible, but, at certain times of the year it can take up to 14 days when we’re very busy so please bear with us.
